Back Pain - Easy Exercises

Back pain has become a household problem, mainly targeting people who do hard manual labor. But you need not live with the agony of bearing back pain because there is n number of things that you can do to relieve back pain. Here is a look how.

Exercises form the best tool to ward off it, but you must remember that it does not happen overnight and you must start slow and steady then later increase the repetitions of each exercise. The first step is to warm up before starting the exercises, walking and running or even spot jogging for 5 minutes is suffice. Warming up prevents muscle strain. Gluteal stretching exercise: for this exercise you should lay on your back, your feet should be flat on floor and knees should be bent. Hold the left leg behind your knee or back of thigh and then pull knee towards your left shoulder. Remain in this position till you count five and then relax. Repeat five to fifteen times daily.

Pelvic tilt: this exercise requires you to lie on your back, feet should be flat on floor and knees should be bent. Tighten your buttocks and also your abdomen, the small of your back should be against the floor. Then hold till you count five and release.

These are exercises that you can do to feel instant relief but it is advised to confirm these exercises with your doctor if your back pain is acute and stubborn. Taking proper rest is also advised.
